Shipping & Delivery

 

This shop is fully self-managed by Smash Into Pieces. We want to offer unique items, and over the years, we have realized that the best way to do this is to run the shop ourselves.

Every single order is packed by the Smash Into Pieces crew. We aim to ship orders 2-3 times a week, but please note that sometimes it may take longer due to live shows and tours.

Below are our standard delivery times:
Scandinavia
2-5 business days with "Varubrev Förstaklass" and "Brev"

European Union
4-16 business days with "Europe First Class Parcel (No tracking)"
4-10 business days with "Recommended Shipping (Tracking and fast)"

Outside the European Union
6-18 business days with "Worldwide First Class Parcel (No tracking)"
6-12 business days with "Recommended WW Shipping (Tracking and fast)"
Please note that orders from outside the European Union are subject to taxes on your behalf. Since international orders must go through customs, this may delay the delivery time further.

Shipping Cost
Our shipping rates vary depending on your location, the shipping method, and the weight of your order. Add the items you want to the cart, and you’ll see the shipping cost right away.

Tracking
We offer two different shipping alternatives:
"First Class Parcel" does not offer tracking; you can track it until it leaves Sweden.
"Recommended Shipping" offers worldwide tracking and is much faster.

Returns
Do you want to return an itemorder?
Please head to our Return page and follow the instructions.
Keep in mind that we do not offer free returns. You have 14 days from the day you received the item to return it.
