Where is my refund?
We aim to process refunds within three days of an item being returned to us. Please note, however, that your bank may take several days to process the payment back into your account. With that said, please allow up to ten working days after posting the item back to us before getting in touch about your refund

Can I place an order without creating an account?
Yes. You can place an order as a guest with no obligation to create an account. We do recommend that you create an account, however, if you’d like to check your order history and have your shopping basket items and payment details saved for next time
Where is my order confirmation?
This is automatically sent to your email address when you place an order. Please check your mailbox’s spam or junk folder before in case the order confirmation has been diverted there. If you haven’t received your order confirmation within 24 hours, please get in touch with our support team just in case there’s a problem with your order
How do I cancel my order?
There is only a short amount of time between when you place your order and when we start processing it. If you contact us straight away after ordering we may be able to cancel your order before it’s processed. Go to 'Cancel Order' and follow the instructions.
Can I alter my order?
Sadly, we’re unable to modify your order once we’ve started processing it. If you need to order a greater quantity or an additional product, please place a new order online.
When will my order arrive?
Before you start worrying about your order, please read our "Shipping & Delivery" page to understand the current shipping times to your address.
Usual Delivery:
3-5 business days to Scandinavia.
4-12 business days within the European Union.
6-16 business days to outside the European Union.
Please note that orders from outside the European Union are subject to tax on your behalf. Since international orders require to go through customs, this may delay the delivery time further.
How much does shipping cost?
Our shipping rates varies depending on where in the world you are and the total weight of your order.

Is it possible to get a parcel/tracking number?
We are a small shop, we can’t compete with the bigger shops in terms of shipping time and delivery. We wanna offer a low price of shipping, which makes us use the Swedish Mail Service, Postnord. That also means we can’t offer any tracking on the packages outside Sweden.
Why can't I track my order?
We do not provide tracking on all orders unfortunately,
We offer two different shipping alternatives:
- "First Class Parcel" does not offer tracking beyond Sweden; you can track it until it leaves Sweden.
- "Recommended Shipping" offers worldwide tracking and is a faster alternative.

If the item you recieved is not to your liking, you are welcome to return it. Head over to our Return Page and follow the instructions
In the event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question. Then head over to our Damaged item complaint form and fill it out.
How long does it take to return an item?
This depends on the carrier or shipping method that you choose when returning your item. Once we receive your return, we’ll notify you by email. We aim to process refunds within three days after receiving the item into our warehouse, but it can take several days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund into your account, or onto your card.

For best results machine wash warm, inside out.
Use only a non-chlorine bleach to stop garment fading.
We recommend you not tumble dry any clothing.
If your garment is printed do not iron directly onto the print.
When will this product be restocked again?
If you are interested in a product that is currently out of stock, such as a specific size or item: If we have restocking information, it will be provided on the product's page.
If the product page does not have this information, it means the product will not be restocked. This indicates that it was a limited item and is not available for purchase again.

We do not sign items on demand. There might be items that are signed in the shop, and thus will be purshable as long as the stock lasts.
